Saiu a lista dos 50 mais influentes filmes de efeitos especiais de todos os tempos.
Segundo a Visual Effects Society, a entidade que promoveu a eleição, e seus 1500 membros, o filme Guerra nas Estrelas de George Lucas encabeça a lista.
"Há muito tempo, em uma galáxia muito, muito distante..." George Lucas já sabia que ficaria na história como o criador de uma das mais longas e cultuadas séries de todos os tempos.
Visual Effects Society irá apresentar o Festival VES de Efeitos Visuais 2007 no Teatro de Grêmio de Escritores nas Beverly Hills – EUA no fim de semana de 7 a 10 de junho.

Incrível ver uma lista como esta e verificar que os filmes atuais não chegam nem a aparecer na lista.
Tudo bem que os filmes listados são um marco no cinema, mas é fato que não temos, hoje, filmes tão inovadores quanto os antigos filmes.
Acho que Hollywood perdeu o seu Glamour. Será que um dia teremos filmes tão inovadores quanto esses?
